Filled dots show the low end of a range. Dots are rounded. The exact number is above each grid.
Compare each number with its own placebo number, not with the other label.
Rates from different trials cannot be compared directly.
A problem in a table is not proof that the medicine caused it.

Vyleesi: Nausea
Nausea usually started within an hour and lasted about two hours. It was most common after the first dose, when 21% of women had it. After later doses, about 3% did. 13% of women on Vyleesi took medicine for nausea.
In the Saxenda trials in adults, 68% of people on Saxenda and 39% on placebo had a stomach or bowel problem. Most were mild or moderate. Nausea became less common the longer people stayed on the medicine.
Wegovy HD is a higher weekly dose. Two 72-week trials compared it with the usual Wegovy dose and with placebo. Nausea was reported by 39% on Wegovy HD, 35% on the usual dose, and 13% on placebo.
Changes in skin feeling, such as tingling, burning, or sensitive skin, were reported by 22%, 6%, and under 1%. Among people on Wegovy HD who had these skin changes, 18% did not report recovering during the trial. Hair loss was reported by 6%, 3%, and 1%.
Every number is copied from a table on our side effect pages. Those tables come from FDA labels on DailyMed, results posted on ClinicalTrials.gov, and company trial results. We did not add, total, or rank any number. Rows keep one fixed order: FDA-approved medicines first, then the rest, each in A to Z order.
We group rows by name. For example, “Tiredness (fatigue)” and “Tiredness or weakness (fatigue)” are both under tiredness. Each row still shows its own words from the source.
The tables on this site copy part of each label, such as the most common problems. A problem missing from one table may still have happened.
