Filled dots show the low end of a range. Dots are rounded. The exact number is above each grid.
Compare each number with its own placebo number, not with the other label.
Rates from different trials cannot be compared directly.
A problem in a table is not proof that the medicine caused it.

Mounjaro: Children with type 2 diabetes
Mounjaro was tested in 97 children aged 10 and older with type 2 diabetes. Side effects were like those in adults, but vomiting, belly pain, and low blood sugar were more common. The 30-week placebo part of that trial tested two doses. Vomiting was reported by 12% to 16% on Mounjaro and 3% on placebo. Belly pain was reported by 15% to 22% on Mounjaro and 9% on placebo.
Every number is copied from a table on our side effect pages. Those tables come from FDA labels on DailyMed, results posted on ClinicalTrials.gov, and company trial results. We did not add, total, or rank any number. Rows keep one fixed order: FDA-approved medicines first, then the rest, each in A to Z order.
We group rows by name. For example, “Tiredness (fatigue)” and “Tiredness or weakness (fatigue)” are both under tiredness. Each row still shows its own words from the source.
The tables on this site copy part of each label, such as the most common problems. A problem missing from one table may still have happened.
