Please do not include medical records, treatment details, or other sensitive personal information. Reports stay private while they are reviewed. The Peptide Field may publish a verified correction, but it does not publish reports automatically. After you send a report, you will see a private reference number. It confirms receipt only. It is not a reply, and The Peptide Field does not promise a response time.

02 · Review process

What I do after you report a problem

Important corrections are dated. They keep a record of the old and new wording.

  • Each accepted report shows a private reference number on screen. This confirms receipt. It is not a reply, and The Peptide Field does not promise a response time.
  • I check the page, wording, source, limit, and current original record. There is no second reviewer and no independent medical reviewer.
  • If I cannot support a claim with an original record, I narrow or remove it.
  • Important corrections keep the old wording, new wording, date, and sources.
  • Sending a report does not make it a correction. The Peptide Field does not publish rejected reports.
  • Private reports expire within 90 days. You can delete one sooner from the confirmation screen.
