What the research shows
Small human studies measured short-term hormone changes. A 2026 study included 15 healthy men. It found changes in luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and testosterone during controlled research. LH and FSH are body signals involved in reproduction. The study measured hormone activity, not a health benefit.
