What the editor checks
The site editor selects sources, writes claim wording, and decides corrections. There is no second reviewer in the current process.

This site does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace care from a licensed clinician.
If qualified clinical review happens later, the site will identify the reviewer, credentials, reviewed content, date, and conflicts.
How to report a problem
Use the corrections page to report a problem with a claim, source, product, date, or link.
Point to the exact page and sentence. Include a supporting source. Important verified changes appear in the public corrections record.
