Exact product limits: Kisspeptin-10 has an FDA identity record, but that record is not an approval. FDA lists the substance in Category 2 for compounding. This category covers substances that may present significant safety risks. A product sold under the same name is not proven to match the material used in a study.

Human outcomes: Limited. Small studies measured short-term hormone changes. They did not show better fertility, pregnancy, or lasting treatment results.

Body effects in people: Moderate. Studies in people measured how Kisspeptin-10 changed reproductive hormones during short research periods.

What the evidence shows: Small human studies measured short-term hormone changes. A 2026 study included 15 healthy men. It found changes in luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and testosterone during controlled research. LH and FSH are body signals involved in reproduction. The study measured hormone activity, not a health benefit.

What remains unknown: These studies do not show that Kisspeptin-10 improves fertility, causes pregnancy, treats low testosterone, increases muscle, lowers body fat, or improves libido. They do not establish long-term safety. Results from animals, Kisspeptin-54, or other kisspeptin drugs cannot fill these gaps.

Safety limits: FDA reports limited safety information for proposed injection routes and flags possible immune reactions, impurities, and product-quality problems.
